REFUND
POLICY.

Because our products are digital assets delivered via instant download, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect the value of our intellectual property. Please review carefully.

1. Final Sale Protocol

All digital assets (Reels Kits, Canva Bundles, Notion Planners) are considered "used" upon download. Therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or "accidental purchase" once the files are accessed.

2. Elite Exceptions

We may consider refund requests under these extreme conditions:

  • Non-Delivery: If a technical failure prevents you from receiving your download link within 24 hours.
  • Major Technical Defect: If the file is corrupted and unusable (must be reported within 48 hours).
  • Duplicate Purchase: Accidental double-buy of the exact same product within 24 hours.

3. Claim Resolution

To initiate a claim, email billing@rojgar.com with your order ID. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
